“Looks good, easy to put together especially when watching the YouTube video by Riverside. Had a chip in the lid on arrival so rung Riverside, they got in touch with webber for me, waiting on my new lid to arrive no problem for them to help me at all and apologised for the inconvenience. Very good customer service. Would definitely use again.”

“The service was impeccable. The communication was good (save for the first day of intended delivery, when the van failed, and we were not told about it). Delivery was re-set for the next day, and the product was delivered within the hours slot.”

“Great product but the website said it was in stock when it wasn't. Had to keep chasing it - staff were very apologetic but didn't keep me informed and part of my order is still missing. However, when they got the furniture in the delivery was great”
