“We purchased a Weber gas BBQ. We had a phone chat with a member of the Riverside team to clarify a few questions before ordering. The phone was answered immediately, the rep had really detailed knowledge of the product and the price was competitive. Significantly cheaper than if we had ordered directly from Weber. The delivery was superb and the driver happily wheeled the massive box into our garage down a gravel driveway rather than leaving a pallet outside the house as other retailers seem to do. A great experience, we will certainly deal with Riverside again.”

“Ordered a Weber master touch BBQ when it arrived upon opening the box the item had some damage to it. I contacted Riverside & the service was fantastic and advised me to contact Weber myself, sadly the customer service from Weber was less than satisfactory”
