“Excellent service, I mean really top notch. I had ordered my Weber Kamado BBQ and forgotten I was travelling and away the next week. Riverside where extremely helpful in expediting the delivery - I asked to delay it, they simply delivered it sooner. Product was well packaged and we had a good delivery company.”

“Staff extremely helpful. Prompt service/delivery. Only disappointment/concern was that item had obviously been opened up previously and returned to original packaging and sealed. However on inspection it did not appear damaged, so did not contact RIverside.”

“Another example of getting what you pay for. These are great quality products, but they aren't cheap at approx. £24 per grill. The durability and ease of cleaning makes them really worth their weight in gold. Amazing service by Riverside. Ordered lunchtime Friday; Free next day delivery on Saturday!”
