“The part did not fit: the securing arrangement was a screw and bolt as opposed to press fit in the original, and the black lead was too short, which meant that the igniter could not be fitted properly to the frame. I rigged it so that the igniter could be made to work but it is an unsatisfactory solution. It may be that my Spirit BBQ is an old model, but there was no warning on the website. That said, Riverside were prompt in their communication and kept me informed of the delivery. I would use them again after taking care to ensure that the part supplied was the correct one”
