I had received the order in 2 days but the grate cleaner had leaked almost half of bottle. I have talk with someone from customer support team and been promised that a new bottled will be sent. Almost a week later and still no didn’t received the new bottle

Hi Gabriel, Thank you for your review. I can see from the notes on your order that we did agree to send you out a replacement grate cleaner on reciept of an image of the leaky bottle via email. I have searched the email adress your order was placed uner within our emails and have been unable to find any email from you. Was shown to fit a Weber traveller but does not , a normal chopping board is better

The barbecue was left outside a locked closed community hall without any telephone contact being made to say it was being delivered at that time, despite my explaining this was to a community garden project and contact needed to be made to ensure the parcel could be taken in. This apparently was too difficult. Many other delivery companies have managed this simple helpful communication. Fortunately the large package was seen by a helpful member of the public who managed to contact someone who tracked me!

Hi Joan, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, as you were informed when you placed the order, TNT may not call you with a delivery timeslot as this is not how their service functions. TNT provide tracking information which will inform you of delivery day, but this is an all day service and a timeslot cannot be provided or guaranteed. You were also informed that for insurance reasons the driver would not be able to transport the barbecue to its intended location on the property. Not happy when item arrived best before date april 2023 one and a half months left on date not happy customer need to check dates before shipping items out

Whilst these trees are advertised as indoor or outdoor due to the UV resistance this is a misnomer. Two and a half years after purchasing a silver birch the stalk has rotted and disintegrated. This makes this purchase a very expensive outlay for something that will last so short a time. The tree was placed in a protected area away from strong winds and has collapsed. I have been offered no compensation as the warranty is 1 year. Take head.

Not impressed with customer care. I asked for a simple note to be put inside the package as it was a gift and was firmly told no they couldn't do that.

Having ordered a small quantity of Charcoal I then wanted to arrange a pallet of Charcoal and asked for a quote from the Sales team - I rang twice to remind them but nothing was forthcoming and I was told the Manager was too busy and phone calls were being followed up 3 days later. This was too late for me and I went elsewhere. I have still not received a follow up call 10 days later.

Wrong photo on website customer service was so poor. Despite the wrong photo was fobbed off and had to pay the postage despite Riversides error. Ellie had a terrible attitude and I will never use them again

When this arrived, the bottle cap was cracked and leaking. I sent an email on the same day stating this and said I would like a replacement. I have had no response from Riverside since. It is a real shame as it the product is great, however I am reluctant to use this as the bottle has been compromised. Riverside, please do the decent thing and respond to my email

Ordered a Weber BBQ on May 31st and still not got it. Emailed but had no reply in two weeks, called and no answer! Shocking service for such an expensive item! Please get back to me with when I should expect it? (Order number #16009)

I ordered a Weber Q BBQ as a housewarming present for my brother over two weeks ago. It still has not been delivered. Riverside has my phone number and my brother's phone number. No one has called either of us to fix the problem.

The Weber BBQ received had one leg with an indent, while the BBQ bowl was missing paint in a couple of places.

I am still waiting to hear anything from the delivery company and it’s been 10 days of no cards and no information. Riverside are waiting for the item to be returned to them and I have no idea when that might be!
