“Products bought were fine, what can go wrong with Weber charcoal? Delivery was an issue. Paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive for four, missing the planned bbq. Disappointing! Did bring this to their attention but no resolution, they blamed the courier. But the courier told me they didn’t receive package until day of delivery! Amazon Prime next time I think.”

“I ordered a 4 Seasons garden dining table which is huge. It was competitively priced for the market and it arrived within three days of ordering - much sooner than other websites were offering. Considering garden furniture seems to be selling out everywhere or is extortionately priced, I'd say Riverside has got it right.”
