“Wow, what can I say I was let down by another BBQ provider and decided to shop elsewhere. I came across Riverside, read positive reviews of their service, ordered a weber BBQ and it was delivered by 09:15 the following day. Throughout the process, I received email updates on the status of my order which I appreciated. That's service!!”

“I ordered 4 x artificial topiary boxwood spiral trees (5.6ft) and they arrived early than expected, which was good. The artificial trees were well packed and there were no damages.”

“Products bought were fine, what can go wrong with Weber charcoal? Delivery was an issue. Paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive for four, missing the planned bbq. Disappointing! Did bring this to their attention but no resolution, they blamed the courier. But the courier told me they didn’t receive package until day of delivery! Amazon Prime next time I think.”
