“Bought 4 bags of Traeger Pellets, delivery was super fast as usual, no faults there. Unfortunately lost around half a bag due to the bag being torn, I guess badly transported. Won’t stop me ordering in future though.”

“The service from Riverside was excellent from my initial order to prompt delivery. It was the first time I have used Riverside and I will use them again as and when. Unfortunately, the coconut Weber briquettes have been a huge disappointment. Used them for the first time last night for family bbq and they lasted no longer than an hour (the bag says up to 3 hours). Not a patch on the normal Weber charcoal briquettes. Unfortunately I have another 2 bags of the coconut ones to use. I’ll just have to save them for cooking small amounts. Cannot fault Riverside’s service though.”
