“My order arrived the next day (I did pay for next day delivery ) the grill cover was a great price and it was well packaged, I would certainly recommend Riverside”

“Bought 4 bags of Traeger Pellets, delivery was super fast as usual, no faults there. Unfortunately lost around half a bag due to the bag being torn, I guess badly transported. Won’t stop me ordering in future though.”

“The service from Riverside was excellent from my initial order to prompt delivery. It was the first time I have used Riverside and I will use them again as and when. Unfortunately, the coconut Weber briquettes have been a huge disappointment. Used them for the first time last night for family bbq and they lasted no longer than an hour (the bag says up to 3 hours). Not a patch on the normal Weber charcoal briquettes. Unfortunately I have another 2 bags of the coconut ones to use. I’ll just have to save them for cooking small amounts. Cannot fault Riverside’s service though.”

“On an initial purchase of a bottle of Teak oil, the delivery time was about 10 days. However this was shortened to 2 days without any pressure from me. Obvoiusly the staff had realised that a delivery was in my area and had made the effort to arrange an earlier delivery. Good staff follow-up !!!”

“I was introduced to the Riverside team when I attended their seven hour slow cook and smoking course, which was excellent. since then I have purchased two barbeques and lots of accessories and consumables. The advice I was given was very knowledgeable and helpful, their team are very customer focussed and don't try to oversell you. I did have a problem with my new barbeque and their after-sales support was one of the best I have experienced, they owned the issue and drove it to a conclusion in a proactive and caring way. I will definitely be buying more from Riverside.”

“The fixings suppled with the chairs were unfortunately what we would expect from Alexandra rose the heads of the screws easily damaged when trying to fix into position the delivery was excellent”
