“Really impressed with Riverside, I had a slight problem with my order, used the online form, and got a reply within 2 hours. Then another in the afternoon to sort a new delivery time, which was the very next day, I was very impressed. correct item delivered as promised and other parcel was taken back at the same time. Nothing seemed too much trouble, polite and helpful at all times. Thank you.”

“Great customer service. Our BBQ arrived quickly but unfortunately, the lid was damaged in transit. I contacted customer service who immediately ordered a replacement lid, with no hesitation, this was sent directly from Weber. We received this within 1 week. Thanks, my husband is very happy with his birthday present.”
