“Although the products are great and at a good price, the service provided since the recent change of ownership has gone downhill. The dispatch of my order had to be chased by email as the phones weren't answered and the delivery took a lot longer than expected. This is nothing like the service a received in the past.”

“The service I received from Riverside was excellent and the product I purchased, a Weber Q1200 with stand is also excellent and the price was very reasonable especially if I actually receive the £125 cash back from Weber but they don’t appear to be making that easy and straightforward.”
