“I’m afraid I had a terrible experience. The company sent out the wrong model (most likely intentionally) as the one I requested was OOS. I suspect they took a chance and thought I’d accept the wrong model with a slight price correction. Normally these types of companies are fully insured against this and never lose out. The company did not even agree to collect the pallets that were left on my driveway and so I had to dispose of them at my own expense. It’s an immoral and dishonest act and as a consumer there’s no protection for this type is selling activity. I will never be shopping here again and the management of this company should be extremely embarrassed and ashamed of their conduct.”
