“Weber portable BBQ set came very promptly, the product is as you expect it from Weber, solid built, cooked once for trial, great product, smaller version of Weber. I had some question to ask, Riverside responded and sort out my problem swiftly as well. Thanks.”

“Great prices, reasonably fast delivery and gpod product range (though it was a shame the cover wasn’t available for my new BBQ). Only negative is that the BBQ arrived upside down on the pallet. As it had been delivered to my work while I was away for a few days I was really worried it may be damaged. Built it last night though and all seems well 👍”

“I thought I’d found the best cheapest Weber on the internet although very please with my Weber Q it was not made clear that it would only work with gas cartridges so I had to pay a further £54 locally for an adapter to propane gas bottle so could have got slightly cheaper elsewhere having said that quality kit please with riverside service”

“Very Poor Service. Ordered the Weber Spirit II e320 and I was contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery date. Then 10 days after ordering and paying for the BBq I was told that it was out of stock. Very poor communication for their so called customer service. Won’t use them again.”

“I’ve wanted a genuine Weber barbecue for sometime. Unfortunately where I live stockists are few and far between. So I ordered mine from Riverside. The website was a dream to order through and the carrier delivered quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Riverside as a great supplier.”

“Riverside almost impossible to contact on phone with up to 30 mins waiting !! Once connected the staff are very polite and helpful but the phone system needs attended as frustrated customers will not necessarily be in good mood My product from Weber for cooking kebabs in my rotisserie had a manufacturing fault on second use !! It took me three phone calls ( long waiting time and twice no answer ) four emails and three separate ladies before I was awarded a replacement Hope this helps others in future !!”

“Price was great and I am very happy with my purchase. However, Dispatch was slow and took longer than promised for delivery which was frustrating. As expensive as they may be. You need a Traeger. Just buy one.”
