“Very dissapointed in the delivery. Paid for next day delivery, purchased on a Friday by midday. But no mention of the courier not working weekends. Then delivery wasn't made until the Tuesday, so much for next day. Then was finally refund the £4.95 delivery, but as a good will gesture. Excuse me, the error certainly wasn't on my part. So no, nothing really positive I'm afraid.”

“Easy to shop online, well priced, quick delivery. Would use again, and have recommended to friends/family! I would have liked to see additional colour options available at Riverside, compared to other vendors - seemed to be that only black was available. This is my second one-touch/premium 57cm Weber, its sad to see the 'cost cutting' measures in this latest model compared to the old, but thats obviously nothing todo with Riverside.”

“Disappointed with the delivery of the item and general customer service (Weber BBQ Traveller). I ended up cancelling the order. Ordered on a Tuesday at around 10:30am with 1-3 day delivery August 2024. I waited until the following Saturday (day 4) to contact Riverside to ask why I had not received my item. I was told the BBQ had been dispatched and was due for delivery Monday coming. I asked them if it would definitely be delivered Monday as I was going on holiday that day after (BBQ intended purchase purpose). They assured me it would and meaning I did not need a backup plan. Monday came and went without delivery. I rang mid-afternoon Monday to Riverside and got a new person who said the item had only been dispatched Friday and would be due for delivery on Wednesday (8 day delivery). To late, not the quoted delivery, and not the delivery I was quoted on my chase up call which left me scratching around for a BBQ last minute for our family holiday! Not impressed at all! Only credit to them was the fast refunded on my cancelled order.”

“Poor customer service. Couldn't deliver within a week key alone the one to three business days. When I raised it with them multiple times, they wanted to charge me £50 to deliver it within four days. Went elsewhere to get the bbq on time for my event. Embarrassing!”

“Weber portable BBQ set came very promptly, the product is as you expect it from Weber, solid built, cooked once for trial, great product, smaller version of Weber. I had some question to ask, Riverside responded and sort out my problem swiftly as well. Thanks.”

“Great prices, reasonably fast delivery and gpod product range (though it was a shame the cover wasn’t available for my new BBQ). Only negative is that the BBQ arrived upside down on the pallet. As it had been delivered to my work while I was away for a few days I was really worried it may be damaged. Built it last night though and all seems well 👍”

“I thought I’d found the best cheapest Weber on the internet although very please with my Weber Q it was not made clear that it would only work with gas cartridges so I had to pay a further £54 locally for an adapter to propane gas bottle so could have got slightly cheaper elsewhere having said that quality kit please with riverside service”

“Very Poor Service. Ordered the Weber Spirit II e320 and I was contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery date. Then 10 days after ordering and paying for the BBq I was told that it was out of stock. Very poor communication for their so called customer service. Won’t use them again.”
