“Riverside were fantastic, advised me that I had ordered online incorrectly and switched for right product and delivered promptly and as expected. Anyone buying a Weber bbq should put aside half a day to put it together though, lego for grown ups but a great product nonetheless.”

“Very impressed with Riverside. We were debating buying a grill from them or another Weber specialty retailer who were slightly cheeper. We ended up buying from riverside as they were very responsive to our emails and questions. Even once the BBQ arrived and we needed some follow up they were very helpful and dealt with Weber directly for us. Very happy with the product as well and delivery was quick and easy”

“I was given the veg basket for xmas (7616) and I have been trying to get the grill rack & skewer set every were (7615). You were the only people I could find that had these in stock in the UK impressed by your stock and will use you again and will recommend you to my other Weber grill friends, goods arrived well packed and on time.”

“Found Riverside on an internet search. Positive reviews lead me to make a purchase. I’ve had a Weber for 10 year and it had finally given up. Purchased this BBQ spirit 2 E20 and very impressed with it. Riverside delivered in great time and transaction swift and easy. Would use again and recommend.”

“I rarely write reviews, but the purchase and customer service experience with Riverside was such a refreshing change! I ordered a Weber BBQ online and not only was it very reasonably priced, but it was actually delivered quickly and when stated. Unfortunately when assembling the bbq, I noticed one of the frame components was badly bent (although it was very well packaged). I sent an email to the customer service team at Riverside and moment's later I was advised that they had order a new component from Weber (which also seems an excellent customer focused company) and they kept me updated with every stage of delivery (which took about two days). We have moved house recently and done a full refurbishment. I've had so many issues with incorrect/ late/ damaged orders it has got silly. So, big THANK YOU to Ellie and Michael for doing everything they could to make a customer's life a little easier. WELL DONE! I would highly recommend.”

“Competitive prices all year round for BBQ supplies! Great delivery. Never had a problem. Only 4* because 1. I would prefer bulk buy deals on briquettes and 2. I wish Riverside would stock other brands from the IS like Kingsford original.”
