“Easy website to use. Chose our new bbq and were delighted to see we'd get free untensils with it. It arrived within 2 days, perfectly boxed etc. As it's a late Christmas present, it's still in its box can't say what the product is actually like!”

“I was amazed by the speed of delivery, the item I ordered arrived the next morning in the end even though it was a Saturday, I wasn't expecting it before the Monday. The delivery update texts and emails were very useful. I hadn't heard of Riverside before but it was the only supplier in the UK with stock of the item that I wanted.”

“Very easy to place the order. Competitive prices. The large BBQ was extremely well packaged on a pallet. The delivery driver provided a fantastic service, wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. He kindly positioned the product to the rear of the garage enabling me to hide it from my husband. I will definitely purchase again in the future, and recommend to family and friends.”
