“I had a spot of bother with the new website and, although I got into my account I couldn’t get the site to allow me to pay direct and it sent me to Amazon pay. Is this correct or was it me missing something? I eventually ordered the elho planters from Amazon and they are on the way to me —— at least one of rhe four planters seem to be coming from you???? Very confused! Regards Christine Roberts”

“Its not possible to return or exchange anything unless you want to spend 30,40 pounds. Return policies are not customer friendly. The staff also didn't seem very considerate.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. Looking into your order, you asked to exchange the Go Anywhere BBQ you bought. We informed you if you return the small portable BBQ to us we can then refund you and you can purchase the BBQ you meant to buy as you we in your 2 week returns policy.
