“I ordered a Weber warming rack and found Riversides price very competitive. The item was in stock and I paid for 2 working day delivery, which meant with a weekend in between I would receive my item on the Monday. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the warming rack on the Saturday morning and was able to put it into use straight away for a family bbq. Very happy with the service I received and will be getting all my Weber bbq items from here from now on. Thankyou.”

“The sizes of the cushions for our existing garden chairs did not seem to match the chairs themselves. Riverside staff contacted the manufacturers, ascertained the correct sizes and got back to us the next day. Very good service ( and good quality goods)as we had found previously.”

“We purchased a Four Seasons garden parasol from Riverside. Our local garden store (Hildreths Garden Centre in Prestwood) didn't have the Hacienda in stock. Before purchase, I asked for confirmation that the parasol would be tiltable in all directions i.e., up and down and side to side. The garden centre rep confirmed that the Hacienda does indeed do that and she physically checked it. We bought it and saw that it only has vertical tilt. At this point I called Riverside and they were happy enough swap it with a slightly smaller Siesta Premium that we knew did both vertical and horizonal tilt. I can only assume that the garden centre rep checked a different parasol and had mistaken it for Hacienda. Mistakes happen all the time. That’s not an issue. Their sales and customer services teams were courteous and professional throughout my dealings with them. I would happily buy from them again, although, I will certainly consult the manufacturer’s product specification before I make a purchase.”
