“Ordered 3 restaurant grade 12kg charcoal. My first purchase from Riverside WOW !! This stuff is ballistic give it an hour to get to the "Grey" state and it cooks for 3 hours minimum great product ! Order placed Wednesday delivered Thursday was concerned that the courier might end up with charcoal all over the van but no the bags were inside cardboard boxes and well wrapped in tape Highly recommended great service and product !!”
