“I was very impressed with the speed and ease of delivery. However, the item came without any packaging at all so when it was delivered my husband was home and his surprise anniversary present was ruined. I’m very sustainable and appreciate the need to reduce waste etc but it could have had a recycled package on. The box was also damaged given it had no protection in transit. I don’t want to complain and on balance it was fine but just some honest feedback”

“I have obtained both of my Weber BBQs from Riverside. We had the smaller model which we've passed on to a member of the family. It was always good, easy to use and made a good meal everytime. We now have the larger one which has yet to be lit. Overall, I get all of my BBQ needs from Riverside. They are quick to process my needs and are always fairly priced.”
