“The Weber igrill and related probes I purchased replace old ones I left in Portugal. I use them every where even with my Weber genesis 2 smart BBQ which has its own built in Bluetooth connection with probes. The software of the actual BBQ LINK TO SMARTPHONE OR iPad by Wi-Fi/ blue tooth via the Weber connect app. It's full of recipes and fully supportive for less experienced cooks. In contrast the igrill app linked to the product I bought is an essential tool for kitchens and BBQ and also provides guidance of food temperatures and alerts you when it is ready. It makes BBQING a walk in the park. I'm afraid it's not cheap but you get what you pay for and my last one was8 years old before I lost it ! 🥹😂”

“Goods not shipped. No information regarding delays or any form of contact after the requested explanation. After contacting sales, only received an automated email about delays due to Black Friday, in June. Currently trying to get a refund. Very poor”

“Best BBQ shop I've found so far online. The loyalty scheme is nuts, after purchasing a Traeger and other bits earlier in the year, I realised I have enough points to purchase over £100 worth of pellets and other consumables for essentially free! Amazing really. Always turns up fast, and well packaged. Would 100% recommend.”
