“Riverside have never disappointed in any orders I have placed with them ( and that has been many). Even recent order for garden furniture accessories. Stock are limited across the UK but Riverside were clear at point of order that there would be delays. They get me up to date timely and then a lovely phone call to say product would be in store next day and despatched. Arrived in 48 hours. Excellent service.”

“Although when I placed my two orders, I had arranged for the delivery of both to be together as one item was not going to be available until the end of April, the orders arrived separately via tweo different couriers, one of which was a week later. I am still awaiting the four matching cushions with no indication of when they may be coming.”
