“I bought two ficus trees to place outside the front of our house. I am so pleased with them. A friend who runs a plant nursery admired it and was most impressed when I had to point out to her that it is fake! Thank you for solving a problem.”

“I bought my Weber Genesis bbq two or three years ago. Occasionally I run into trouble, even with a Weber. So what’s going on? Dunno. Phone Riverside. They like to know that you’re a bona fide customer, but given that, advice is always clear and accurate and solves the problem. Riverside also has a very high level of spare parts, accessories and toys to hand. What more could you expect?”

“The product is hard to assemble and I’m still awaiting a workman to assist. Many of the leaves had fallen or been pulled off in tansit so we’re loose in box”

“Fantastic service and communication. Only criticism would be you need to either send a 2 man team to deliver bbq or van should have a ramp. As it was the delivery driver could not get the bbq out of the van on his own and I had to help. I am disabled and helping him caused extra pain for me but there was no other option.”
