“The delivery was great, ordered Friday 1pm delivered before 1pm Saturday Have assembled the BBQ but have not used it yet because of the weather. But it looks to be good and of good quality.”

“They accidentally sent the wrong item. I got through to a person on the phone (wow) within a couple of rings and the correct item was with me within 24hrs. They didn't even ask me to send the wrong item back. Fantastic. This is the sort of service that sets one company apart from the many. If I can get something from Riverside in the future, I will.”

“Excellent service I placed my order in the afternoon and it arrived at 7.20 am the following morning, you just can't get any better than that. The weber ETGS system is so good that i ordered another one for my son inlaws birthday and had the same speedy service. You cannot ask for more than that, and by the way not only were they the cheapest but it was also in stock.”
