“Bought Excellente Weber gloves! right fit and protection. Hesitated due to the price but now happy with purchase. Bought some Weber plates as well which arrived damaged unfortunately but the customer service was super responsive and shipped very promptly.”

“It was my husband's birthday and I came to Riverside because he wanted a Griddle for his Weber Barbecue. Sadly they were closed but there was a number to call and I went home and called. The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful, she guided me and waited while I went out to the garden to see what model Weber we have, I felt really confident that I had bought the right items and my husband would be delighted. I ordered on the website and paid and then collected the next day , which was his birthday and he was delighted. Sadly it hasn't stopped raining since then, but be assured he will use it as soon as the weather is conducive to having a barbecue without getting drowned in the process. lol”

“We ordered our Weber Kettle BBQ from Riverside and their service was tops. The price was the best, their delivery was spot on and the communication was exact. “Great company to buy from. They offered insightful, friendly advise to make sure the product was right for me & was delivered the following day. “I have been to other garden centres who did not have Weber Smokey Mountain in stock. Riverside employees were friendly when I called. They had in stock and was cheaper than other suppliers and free delivery. The Smoker has had a real nice break in and I can tell you its worth the money.”
