“Despite the delivery distance, Riverside dispatched the parasol and matching stand same day, both items arrived in Northern Scotland within two days! Order arrived in good condition and all parts included. Simple instructions with made assembly easy, Parasol is of good quality and despite the extra cost, the end result worth it. Good service and a good product, what more could you want? Recommended!”

“Using the website to order our Weber BBQ was simple enough. However, I have to take a star away for the use of a pallet delivery company to deliver it - despite me contacting the haulier to warn them we live down a narrow track, they still sent a 10 ton truck, which promptly got stuck - and in 'unsticking itself' knocked a neighbours wall out of whack. So this ended up costing me an extra £40 to get our friendly farmer chap to rebuild! While I appreciate it's easier and cheaper to stick these 'barbies' on a pallet, there are other ways of delivering it; our previous BBQ's have been delivered by van, and have been just as substantial as this Weber! Certainly, when spending this amount of money, the delivery could and should have been better!”

“Our purchase was great value £200 cheaper than anywhere else, dispatched next day and all in tact. Delivery company pallet line did send email stating delivery date but not arrived as stated by them.”

“Most of our outdoor furniture is from riverside and it’s all Alexander (roble) rose and each time we’ve had excellent service.no trouble with our purchases. That was until we decided to purchase a Alexander Rose rectangular table,when we opened the box (which was well packaged) the table top had a crack in it I contacted riverside and sent pictures and within days the customer service team got back to me to say new top on order and was allowed to use the delivered one if I wanted.. thanks riverside for great service.”
