“I tend to go Riverside for most of my Weber online shopping. The prices are competitive, the selection and service is great. I only wish I lived nearer and could shop direct, because the delivery charge gauls me!”

“Weber Rotisserie Purchased the above from Riverside after searching on-line. It was the best price I could find. After placing my order, my order was confirmed and I was given a delivery date. The rotisserie actually arrived three days before stated delivery stated, brilliant. Very impressed with Riverside service which was efficient and professional.”

“First impressions make a real difference!! I phoned to confirm whether you had a specific BBQ in stock - Ellie answered the phone and dealt with my enquiry in a very polite, efficient and professional way. As a result I bought the BBQ - delivery was noted for three days and in fact arrived within 48 hours. I felt confident in dealing with someone who clearly knew how things operated and in fact my purchase, which was a gift, arrived very quickly. Thank you again!!”

“The delivery was unannounced and left on a heavy pallet which I could not move to open the porch door to get in my house. I needed the help of a neighbour to move the table and pallet. I consider the method of delivery ie no warning, left outside the house and blocking the porch door very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I phoned Palletline who made the delivery to complain but they have not responded”
