“A very effortless online transaction for a Four Seasons Hacienda parasol cover order followed by an amazingly swift response (order confirmation and order processing advice) with standard delivery receipt of goods only 24 hours later! Order placed just after midday on Sunday 25 July and within half an hour I had received both confirmatory documentation from Riverside by e-mail and also initial contact from DPD that they expected to deliver on Tuesday 27th. Early on Monday 26th DPD notified me that they would deliver between 11.36 and 12.36 on that day, which they duly achieved i.e. almost exactly 24 hours after an order placed on a Sunday. I fail to see how my experience and the service received could have been better. Thank you to all concerned.”

“I wanted an artificial plant which is a bit different and this fits the bill perfectly. The shape is architecturally very striking and both leaves and root ball are very unusual. An added bonus is that I bought this in the sale. Good service from Riverside throughout sales process...highly recommended.”

“Overall excellent service but confusing delivery times. Actual delivery for 2 purchases was 48 hours but the initial confirmation of order says 2-4 weeks (if I remember correctly). This led me to 'phone for clarification. I was 'phoned shortly after this call to let me know that the parasol base that I had ordered was not heavy enough for the parasol I had chosen. As the base required for the parasol I ordered was not in stock I was given an immediate refund for the base and given advice about the weight of the base required and where to purchase it. I found this personal touch very impressive. I, therefore, am very happy to strongly recommend this seller.”
