“Great website, very clear description of the product we were after with diagrams and dimensions, which made us confident that we were ordering the right product for our second-hand older Weber model BBQ. Very quick delivery and the product fits perfectly! Very happy with our reasonably priced replacement warming rack. Would highly recommend Riverside!”

“I ordered a table & 2 chairs in April, the chairs were advertised as in stock and the table due at the end of the month. Once the order was confirmed I asked for the chairs to be delivered, but turns out they weren't in stock after all.By the end of July, i was still waiting for both the chairs and the table. Despite stock availability being misrepresented on the website, I do understand delayed deliveries of gardne furniture due to covid and Brexit challenges. What is hard to understand, is the complete silence from Riverside in the 4 months I was waiting, being treated a bit of a nuisance when I asked for an update on delivery timescales and ultimately being referred to 'Patrick', who was short, sharp and did little to build my confidence nor reflect well on the company. I am still waiting for a refund receipt for the cancelled chairs, and doubt very much I will buy from Riverside again.”

“Riverside Garden Centre provided excellent customer service when I ordered my new barbecue. Within 24 hours of placing my order on line I received a phone call to arrange a convenient delivery time. On the day of delivery Riverside confirmed an approximate arrival time which meant I didn’t have to hang around waiting. I’m very happy with my new barbecue and will definitely use Riverside a lot more in the future.”

Hi Neil, I have tracked your parcel and it was delivered to the safe place you requested, on the 30th July at 12:26pm. In place of a signature, DPD drivers are required to photograph the location where your parcel was left, which we can also provide you with.
