“I purchased the Alexander Rose table cover on line. I ordered it and it arrived well packaged the following day. The cover was exactly what I had wanted and was made to a high standard. Unfortunately the size I purchased did not fit my table. I contacted the Riverside team about returning it, they were extremely helpful and there was no problem in doing so. I would not hesitate to use Riverside again in the future.”

“Very quick service however, I paid £25 for my purchase to receive a product which had a half price sticker on it. Also, the lid of the bottle was not shut properly and had leaked slightly leaving me with only 2/3rds of a bottle. When I contact customer services I was told the shop was closed and therefore the price was the website price and they asked me to photograph the black plastic packaging to show the leak. Which obviously you couldn't see anything on. The 'tone' of their email made me think I was fighting a losing battle so didn't bother to take it further but would think twice about using them again”

“Order process was really easy, efficient and an excellent price BBQ arrived promptly and in excellent condition. A bit fiddly to put together, definitely a 2 person job but once built feels very sturdy and a quality item”

“I selected Riverside to supply our weber spirit 11 because it was competitively priced. The delivery was superb. The packing perfect. We did a parts check and found one flavourizer bar short. The Riverside response was excellent (and Weber's) and within a few days the missing item was replaced. We have now completed the build, for which the instructions and animation were really good. Gas checked, lit heated up fine. Being October in Wales though, I think the first cook out will be next spring, looking forward to it as it looks an impressive piece of kit.”

“The site was very easy to use. The delivery was super speedy. Luckily, the person who the present was for was out, otherwise, they would guess what it was. The pizza stone is very good quality and was well packaged. Just got to learn some recipes now!”

“Planning early for Christmas and wanted some Weber stuff for my husband. Riverside had really competitive prices easy ordering system and arrived, well packed so my surprise wasn't spoilt. Great service.”

“Found Riverside on line whilst looking for retailers of Webber Smokers. Competitive price, which also included a cover so worked out cheaper than other sellers. Ordered that afternoon and was delivered the following morning. Brilliant service. No problems with the product as far as I can see. Highly recommended retailer.”
