“Excellent. Placed order for table at very good price. Within 30 mins of placing order received a telephone message asking if we would be in the next day if we would like it delivered the next day. Arrived 10.30 next morning in perfect condition. No extra cost. Would definitely use them again”

“Riverside sales were excellent in supporting a purchase when my original supplier let me down for a parasol base . Riverside sources the base and answered all my question and followed up a few days before delivery ( as promised and unprompted) with answers before delivery . I wish I had used Riverside for the whole purchase as they were far more helpful and contactable . The price was the same so they are cost equivalent so in future we will definitely use Riverside without hesitation. Thank you particularly goes to Ellie on Sales who did a great job coordinating and supporting - if only other companies did customer support like you the world be a far better place !!! I would give 11 stars if I could !”
