“Excellent service order on Wednesday night came on Friday morning. great customer service my free cover had not been automatically added with it being out of stock after phoning riverside on the friday it arrived on the Sunday.”

“Excellent service. The item ordered was a very good price with no delivery charges. The garden furniture companion set arrived within 48 hrs of ordering. This was exceptionally quick order processing & delivery. Very pleased with item & service. I actually sent an email to Riverside Support thanking them for the quality of their service. Hope they received it.”

“The product I bought is very good, only some plastics came broken. I was able to solve it with a little restraint. My only disagreement is the company they work with for delivery. It's very bad. I spent two whole days at my house waiting for the delivery because they have not given me an estimated schedule.”

“A lovely recliner bought to go with our existing Alexander Rose furniture which is quite old but has recently been refurbished. Not an exact match but very close re style and the colour is perfect, also very comfortable and looks well with our existing set. Very quick delivery and good advice from the person who took our call.”
