“Riverside sales were excellent in supporting a purchase when my original supplier let me down for a parasol base . Riverside sources the base and answered all my question and followed up a few days before delivery ( as promised and unprompted) with answers before delivery . I wish I had used Riverside for the whole purchase as they were far more helpful and contactable . The price was the same so they are cost equivalent so in future we will definitely use Riverside without hesitation. Thank you particularly goes to Ellie on Sales who did a great job coordinating and supporting - if only other companies did customer support like you the world be a far better place !!! I would give 11 stars if I could !”

“Ordered a Weber Fireplace (fire pit), cover and bag of logs. Despatch was within a couple of days, and I was kept informed of order progress throughout. The downside was that they omitted to include the cover. I then had to contact customer services several times in order to rectify. After several days they admitted the fault was on their part (having checked the CCTV in their shipping dept.) and refunded the cost of the cover back to me, as they no longer had any stock.”

“I ordered 3 items in the Riverside sale. 3 days after my order confirmation I received an e-mail apologising saying that 2 of the items were no longer available and would I like a refund. Very disappointing.”

“Bought a Weber fire pit in the sale - but then discovered it was too large for the space - my fault! Staff extremely friendly and efficient over return. Have used Riverside before and been very happy with service and goods.”
