“My order from Riverside Garden was quickly dispatched and I received it the following day. Items were well packaged and communication on delivery updates were perfect. I had a very slight concern with my order when it arrived so emailed the centre. Frances replied to me within minutes and got my order sorted. Customer service was first class, I am totally happy with the service I received and will definitely be using again for future orders.”

“I purchased a Weber master touch bar be que as they had the full range at good prices with free next day delivery. Unfortunately the delivered bar be que was damaged in transit and was impossible to assemble. I called Riverside on the Bank Holiday Saturday morning and they agreed to send me a replacement and collect the damaged one. By 9am Wed's I had a new one and had it assembled in 30 mins . So excellent customer service.”

“I have wanted to obtain a Weber Adaptor Hose And Regulator for my portable gas BBQ to avoid having to buy the expensive small gas cartridges that have gone up substantially in price over recent years. Everywhere I checked was out of stock so I registered with Riverside to be notified when back in stock. This they duly did and I ordered and received the part very quickly, great service at a fair price!”
