“I received a request to write a review before I'd received my goods. I rang Riverside who said they'd check and ring me back. They rang back quickly and told me Parcelforce had lost my parcel. They apologised and sent the goods using DPD which I received the next day. Brilliant customer service from Riverside and I would definitely order from them again.”

“Prompt attention to order which was received in time as stated and in good condition. A 2nd parcel was mislaid by the carrier and replaced by Riverside with no problem. Would use the company again.”

“Order delivered promptly and as scheduled. Unfortunate to see the use of hard cardboard boxes to package the product. A more sustainable briquette purchased - but any positive impact was negated by the use of (in my opinion) unnecessary packaging.”

From the moment you walk in you’re in safe hands, all staff help answer questions, give you advice and suggestions. The showrooms are amazing! So much out so you can have a proper look before buying.
