“The actual ordering and speed of delivery was excellent. However the delivery man was extremely unhelpful. He offered no help whatsoever in helping me get the chairs into my home ( insurance purposes I was told ) I dragged them in myself and he refused to take the empty pallet back with him as there apparently wasn’t enough room in his enormous van Very very poor service from this individual”

“The purchase of your Weber BBQ cover was promptly delivered for my Weber Genius II - But although it was a Weber cover in a Weber box stating it was for the Genius II and this cover appears to do the job - but does not fit the BBQ fully & I'm thinking this may be a cover for a smaller Weber BBQ put in the wrong box - I did not report it due to the fact I needed to cover my BBQ due to weather conditions to replace my old cover - but Its definitely to small for it to fit my BBQ correctly”
