“I have wanted to obtain a Weber Adaptor Hose And Regulator for my portable gas BBQ to avoid having to buy the expensive small gas cartridges that have gone up substantially in price over recent years. Everywhere I checked was out of stock so I registered with Riverside to be notified when back in stock. This they duly did and I ordered and received the part very quickly, great service at a fair price!”

“In the past Riverside was negotiable on pricing and general customer relations. Since the passing of Russel the ethos of the company has changed. Customer satisfaction is no longer a priority! Great pity!! There are many owner companies who value customer loyalty!”
