“I used Riverside to buy a small Weber Q bbq in 2013 and my experience was so good that it was the first online retailer I went to to look for an upgrade to a Weber Spirit. I was not disappointed - excellent prices, optimal communication and fast and fuss-free delivery.”

“Very quick and efficient with goods being delivered the next day. Unfortunately there was a manufacturers fault with one item but it was replaced within 24hrs of contacting them. Have used them previously and will use them again.”

“Riverside is like the red light district for BBQ’ers, everywhere you look there’s something else you want to get your hands. The problem with Riverside, it reminds me of being a child in a sweet shop and only having 50p, I want everything and I’m left pondering for hours at what to spend my money on. 🤣”

“Sent water damaged box, WHY!!!! this should not have been dispatched as it was without checking the contents for water ingress. Bbq lid water stained but managed to clean most of it off, however still a small stain left. Wanted it urgently for a birthday party so had no time to send it back.”
