Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with order issues unless we are made aware of them. I have not been able to find anything in our emails from your email address. I have checked your tracking information and it looks as though Parcelforce attempted delivery on the 4th of April, when they were unable to deliver your parcel was left at your local Post Office and Parcelforce should have left a failed delivery card for you. “Hi, delivered by TNT who give no notice when or when they are delivering, pure luck I was at home. A very strange delivery company to use. I ticked " No " to delivered on time as no time was given by TNT.”
