“Bought a Traeger Ironwood 885. Everything and described and quick delivery. Very good after sell support as I had to update my order after purchase and they did it swiftly not affecting my delivery time, which by the way was one working day. I will buy from them again”

“Brilliant little BBQ - a bit like the Tardis - small outside, huge cooking grill inside ( for 4? - are they feeding giants?). Tried the option of the small gas cylinders - pure brilliance! No more hernias lugging a dirty great gas bottle around. Clip, clip, clip and it's in its box and off to the caravan for our holiday with it! Best money spent this year.”

“Prompt delivery which was kindly altered to meet my requests. Unfortunately the table top is faulty - no fault of Riverside. I received an email the same day to let me know they had contacted the company to arrange a replacement. I shopped around for this table and Riverside had the best price. I’d recommend them to anyone Thank you”

Spoke to Ellie, and her knowledge of the BBQ products was exceptional, she was very helpful, and patient and gave me and my wife invaluable advice, and the order was delivered within 2 days. thank you Riverside and Ellie, we won't shop anywhere else now for our BBQ products!!”

“Great product, despatched very quickly by Riverside and will buy again - thank you. Unfortunately, DPD delivered to another address 1 mile away - (DPD have subsequently dealt with this error). Riverside staff’s response to the non delivery issue was intriguing and frustrating in equal measures - I phoned Riverside when DPD messaged to confirm delivery. As the Riverside computer confirmed successful delivery, I was clearly incorrect…despite my polite protest that there was no package…!!! (Thankfully the recipient of my package tracked me down in the end and I collected from them).”
