“Great product, despatched very quickly by Riverside and will buy again - thank you. Unfortunately, DPD delivered to another address 1 mile away - (DPD have subsequently dealt with this error). Riverside staff’s response to the non delivery issue was intriguing and frustrating in equal measures - I phoned Riverside when DPD messaged to confirm delivery. As the Riverside computer confirmed successful delivery, I was clearly incorrect…despite my polite protest that there was no package…!!! (Thankfully the recipient of my package tracked me down in the end and I collected from them).”

“I ordered my traeger grille from riverside online via the klarna buy now pay later scheme because I'm very inpatient and can't wait to save up and buy it out right. Ordering online was very straight forward fairly quick, after I had made my purchase I instantly got a phone call arranging delivery for the grille. The delivery driver was great and put the grille in my garage for me whilst I was at work because there was a dozen steps up to my patio.”

“I have received outstanding service from Riverside. A chair I ordered was damaged in transit. Chris replaced this very quickly and could not have been more helpful. Well done him. I will most certainly use Riverside again and could not recommend them more Hooghly.”

“My Weber Q 2200 BBQ arrived on the date and time advised. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had the BBQ working within 1 hour … from box to barbecue! This is such a pleasure to use, in every respect. The cooking instructions in the booklet are clear , concise and very helpful.”
