“The bargain item I ordered proved to be out of stock, which was disappointing, but I quickly received a very polite and helpful phone call and was offered an even cheaper alternative (which I accepted and was delivered the next day!). Sample of one but brilliant customer service!”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. You requested your whole order to be cancelled as unfortunately one of the items you ordered sold out online so fast our system couldn't keep up and you were called by a member of staff here to be informed about this. You were offered an alternative and a discount code to apologise. We don't feel the review you left justified what happened. All the best Riverside.
