“Delivery was speedy but was quite disappointed as the order was a Christmas present for my husband and he answered the door to the delivery driver. As the product wasn’t wrapped but just in it’s original box, he saw what it was, so no surprise on Christmas Day!”

“I have been wanting to upgrade my current bbq with a Weber gas bbq for a number of years now but have always been put off doing so because my current Charbroil bbq, now 25 years old, continues to work well. Also the price of the Weber gas bbqs was very high. When I saw that the price of the bbq I was interested in had been reduced by nearly £250 I took the opportunity to purchase a Weber Genesis II at £799. The delivery of the bbq was good; it arrived on time and the friendly driver helped me put it into my garage. I have not used the bbq yet and do not intend to do so until next spring. However, having read all of the reviews on YouTube, i have no doubt that I will be pleased with my purchase.”

“The initial order I placed arrived quickly but unfortunately had been incorrectly packed and a couple of items were missing. When I emailed to enquire about this the level of customer service I received was outstanding and the missing items arrived with me the following day. I would highly recommend.”
