“We’ve recently bought two artificial topiary boxwood spiral trees. They look great outside our house in their burgundy pots. We are also pleased with the two artificial geranium hanging baskets. Very impressed with knowledgeable staff and prompt, efficient customer service.”

Dear Mark, Thank you for your review. I hope you can appreciate Black Friday is one of our busiest days. The item you ordered sold out online so fast our system couldn't keep up. We do have a live stock tracker but we couldn't have anticipated the hundreds of grates we had to be sold so quickly. However, you were called by a member of staff here to be informed about this and you were offered an alternative and a discount code to apologise. All the best Riverside.
