“I have yet to open the product itself but had a very poor experience with he delivery. the product was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd December but didn't and instead arrived on 3rd. Given the size and weight of product it would have been really useful but also really sensible if I had prior notice to the delivery so that i could clear the driveway, make space for it to be delivered to a convenient point. There was no notice and web. I asked the delivery driver if I could do so, he told me he didn't have time. Hopefully the product will be ok but this far the experience has been poor.”

“Had a problem with an order. Not riversides fault, sealed weber product, riverside provided excellent customer service. In particular Ellie. Will always recommend Riverside as customer service was excellent. Anyone can sell and ship, its the customer service that makes the difference.”

“Very clear and specific delivery information with 3 days of order. Good communication throughout. The product is a Christmas present - Weber BBQ so unable to comment on its use but I'm sure it will be good.”

“The bargain item I ordered proved to be out of stock, which was disappointing, but I quickly received a very polite and helpful phone call and was offered an even cheaper alternative (which I accepted and was delivered the next day!). Sample of one but brilliant customer service!”
