“Your website showed a Beige version of the product was available. You then sent green ones. On complaint you said the beige version was no longer available! I will be returning them for a refund. You should keep your website up to date and sell product which matches what is on your site.”

“The customer support via email is very slow/ unresponsive. I sent several emails with no reply! I originally ordered 10 sets to the team and only two were processed due to running out of stock. Knowing that I have called before to make sure they have enough before I start ordering and they confirmed they have plenty. The orders for the 10 went through and money was deducted, then I’ve noticed after three days when checking the delivery that the other 7 were pending and not dispatched. No one called to inform, I had to chase several time to get the orders cancelled and get the refund. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. When I called the employee over the phone tried to help as much as possible, however, I was promised to receive a call back but didn’t.”

“Terrible service - ordered and they took the money from my account. When I chased where the item was they told me it was on its way. Then 2 days later they cancelled the order saying it was out of stock.”

“The item arrived very fast ... however some screws were missing & after a couple of e mails I am still waiting for these to arrive . Simply passed the book onto a Weber Rep who still hasn’t done anything 10 days have now passed Not happy at all”

“Still waiting on my refund. Ordered the wrong one. Rang customer service the employee said they'd swap it no problem. Ring up a week later next employee says we dont do refund exchange you have to order another and we will refund you the original purchase. Fair enough , but why not tell me that when I originally rang up??!! But I'm still waiting on my refund over a week later. But this review may get someone to get a move on. I will probably one day want a traeger grill.”

“Alexander Rose parasol I received looked nothing like the picture on the website. Although I don’t have an issue with the product, when I tried to point out the inaccuracies in case they were unaware and mentioned the Trades Description Act I was accused of making threats and made to feel like a nuisance. I have since found out they know the pictures aren’t accurate. Interesting to read the other comments on customer service.”

“Ordered the wrong item in error. Informed Riverside of this before item was dispatched and was told that it was on a pallet and it would just have to be returned at my expense! So an item they knew would be returned and was still at their location travelled to N.Ireland only to be returned at my expense! They also issued instructions on how to return it which were incorrect. Customer service is shocking!”

“I ordered two sheets of wonder wall for around £140 which was a lot of money but I really liked the look of them and the description stressed the high quality. I particularly liked the red hibiscus flowers. When they arrived they were squashed together in a ridiculously small box and bits were falling off everywhere and had accumulated in the box. As I lifted them out more and more leaves and flowers fell off. I emailed straightaway and was offered £30 discount which I refused as £110 was still way too much to pay for something so damaged. I was then told I could return them. When I said I thought it was unfair that I should pay to return Faulty goods a courier was arranged. At no stage did anyone offer to look at how things were packaged or acknowledge the feedback to indicate they would change it in future. If someone had offered to resend the items in the right size box with a discount for the inconvenience I would probably have given it a try. I just wanted to give you the feedback as overall I was very unimpressed and wouldn’t buy from you again or recommend you to anyone. Having said that I wouldn’t post a negative review online or anything. Thank you.”
