“The delivery wasn't made when it should of been, I emailed a delivery date and was told I would be given time slot on the delivery day, this didn't happen. When I called customer service they said, oh yeah just ignore that email, deliveries are taking longer than normal sorry. I don't feel this so very good customer service, I should of been made aware of the delivery delay at the point of ordering the product.”

“The griddle is exactly what we wanted and was delivered promptly without unnecesssary packaging. Thank you. It works a treat - so far we've used it for fish but I'm sure it will look after all our BBQ needs brilliantly. Website - easy to navigate and order.”
