“I’m delighted to have chosen this company for artificial hedging, especially as I didn’t know what to expect. The price was cheaper than others and the package was securely packed and protected. My one disappointment was with the courier who delivered the package - they left it leaning on my front door, on a fairly busy main road. Anyone could have taken it. They didn’t ring the bell to let me know it was there and I just received a text saying it had been ‘safely’ delivered. I don’t blame Riverside in any way for that - they can’t be held responsible for the courier. Riverside’s service and product was first class.”

“Probably not Riverside’s fault but BBQ delivered & when assembled it became apparent that the handle on internal grill tray hadn’t been soldered properly & was broken. Stable leg, ie not attached to the wheels was bent also. Box appeared damaged on delivery so these issues may have occurred then. Riverside contacted & advised they will order replacement parts. Still waiting nearly 2 weeks later.”

“The items received (parasol, base and cover) were all excellent. It was the delivery that spoiled the show. We were told it would be in two parts anytime between 8am and 6pm and that someone would need to be in to accept delivery. The parasol base arrived via pallet line early on but TNT didn’t arrive until 6:30pm. Also TNT had no tracking data. Most other delivery companies can do better than this with tighter time slots real time tracking.”

“Pre ordered a BBQ from them. It arrived in stock earlym the team got in contact to make sure I was arround to receive the parcel early was here the next day. Outstanding service and had the best price I could find.”
