“As usual first class service I'm in Scotland and much prefer to order Weber parts from Riverside they have very knowledgeable staff and react very quick to any queries , would not go anywhere else.”

“Unable to give a review as not received goods yet order placed 4th April with 5 to 10 day delivery didn’t hear anything by the 16th only to be told on back order and not now until beginning or mid may advised that you need to update your website accordingly but on checking today can still order”

“Needed some replacement parts for my Weber barbecue and although the centre is currently closed due to Covid restrictions I was able to order and collect. The staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent service.”

“The service provided was excellent - slight problem with delivery (which we get a lot because of the naming of the roads) and Riverside answered the phone on a Saturday and called the delivery company and came back to me to confirm they had spoken to them and that the delivery would be made the following day and it was. Ordering was simple and straight forward. We have not been able to try the BBQ yet - wish Riverside could arrange the weather :) - but even husband had to agree the Weber is great quality. And he said easy to put together. I am going back to Riverside's site to look at garden furniture next ... PS I emailed and telephoned, both answered quickly.”
