“I ordered the BBQ on line over a weekend, the process was very easy. I contacted the store on the Monday as I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct drip trays, they were very helpful and explained the process for delivery. The BBQ arrived as arranged, and was very well packaged with the additional accessories I ordered.”

“Everything was quick and easy. No annoying promotional popups. Very quick service. 2 - 4 week delivery turned out to be next day. Probably won't open the garden table cover until I need it next autumn/winter, but I feel confident it is just what I need.”

“Had paid for this rotisserie at another outlet and was waiting over 6 weeks with no sign of delivery. Decided to purchase another one from Riverside and got it the next day wow, great service and great product. Will definitely purchase from Riverside again, used rotisserie on Sunday and chicken was delicious. PS got refund on other rotisserie.”
