“Excellent company to order from. Delivery is fast (often, in under 24 hours). One is also kept up to date with delivery times, dates, etc. Wide range of products, which means that there is no point wasting time visiting a local garden centre, when I can order from here.”

“Terrible customer service. Bought wrong size wanted an exchange. Rude replies. And even had the cheek to not refund the whole amount - cost me £15 to return and then they deducted £12 from my credit. I wanted to use a business that may have appreciated a large sale in this climate but after care appalling - no wonder Amazon are doing so well.”
